In 1999 we posted the original image of our Sweet and Sour Pork recipe. We thought it was time to update the image with photographic technology from the 21st century! This classic sweet and sour recipe is easy to make and a treat for the senses. And now, the image is not blurry!

Sweet and sour is a generic term that encompasses many styles of sauce, cuisine and cooking methods. Commonly used in China, it has been used in England since the Middle Ages, and remains popular in Europe and in America. (Wikipedia)
