Chicken Coq Rose L'Estragon

For this edition of "What's New," we have updated an image of one of our favorite recipes: Chicken Coq Rose L'Estragon. This dish is jokingly known in our family as "Drunk Chicken" due to the wine in the recipe, and the fact that our French pronunciation is lousy!

The original image was captured way back in 1998 — the dish was one of the very first recipes added to the site. Fortunately digital photography has improved since then. We will continue our quest to update images with higher quality ones in the months to follow.
