This month we've added another variation of the Peppernut cookie recipe. This version was submitted by first-time contributor Marjorie Hutt who adapted it from a recipe by Helen Dudgeon, her Aunt. Marjorie thinks that it is easier to prepare than the "variation 1" recipe.
Also added is a potato recipe that can be prepared several days before serving and an easy to prepare Jell-O salad.
