Tuna Macaroni Salad

In the United States (Nana's home) the month of July is time to celebrate Independence Day. The July 4th holiday is often celebrated with family picnics. In keeping with the holiday spirit, Nana introduces a Tuna Macaroni Salad that's a perfect companion for any picnic meal.

This chilled summer salad can be served as an individual salad and presented on a bed of lettuce (see picture at right). Or, you can serve this salad as a side dish on the same plate with summertime favorites like BBQ chicken, hot dogs or hamburgers.

Also new for July is a cookie recipe named by Nana's oldest daughter, Susan. We'll have a picture soon so you can see why the new recipe is named Chocolate Snow Capped Cookies. Or, you could just bake them and find out!
