Happy New Year!
The Holiday Season is a busy time for Nana's Recipes. We received over 13,500 visitors in December 2003. The peak was two days before the Christmas holiday when we received 729 visitors in a single day! Our "Candy and Sweets" page was viewed the most, the "Chocolate Cakes" page was a close second.
This month we've introduced a new cookie recipe with Dutch heritage. No one seems to know why these cookies are called Snickerdoddles, but the cute name seems to aptly describe these fun and easy to prepare cookies.Nana's Granddaughters, Kelly and Brittney, recently gave the recipe a try. (See image at right.) The voting was unanimous -- these simple cookies are scrumptious!
New Recipe
In December we added advertisements to the site. The goal is to generate revenue to offset the expenses associated with keeping the site on the Web. The ads feature food related businesses that we hope you will find of interest. Let us know what you think.
We now have 250 recipes -- it's a milestone number for us! The Recipe Index alphabetically lists all recipes on the site. One click takes you to the appropriate page.
If you enjoy the recipes offered here, please consider donating $5.00 (or anything you can) to help us maintain this Web site. Please click on the PayPal logo below to donate.
Keep Cooking!
