What's New
Spring 2012

For this edition of "What's New," I have added a cake recipe that is so simple it really doesn't need to be written down. It's 3, 2, 1 Cake -- a quick and easy way to create a moist and delicious single-serving dessert. You get to pick the flavor, anything from strawberry (shown) to chocolate to red velvet...you decide.

3, 2, 1 Cake

Give it a try when you have an extra 3 minutes...that's all it takes! It gets better: the cake is low in fat and calories because it has no added eggs or oil.
