For this edition of "What's New," I added a new image of one of my signature recipes: Peanut Butter Nerds. My recipe for this candy treat gained notoriety when it was featured in California's third largest newspaper, the "Sacramento Bee." While the original recipe yielded delicious results, it took considerable effort to complete the many steps involved (see step-by-step recipe pictorial).

There needed to be a quicker method! Instead of making individual candies, this recipe puts the same ingredients into a baking dish. The resulting Nerds (variation 2) are just as tasty and very quick to prepare.
