In the warm climate of Northern California, summertime is salad-time. This month Nana shares one of her long-time favorite recipes: Carrot Pineapple Salad.

This cool blend of sweet fruit and vegetables is easy to prepare — and it's fun to eat. In fact, it looks like the pineapple (right*) is trying to eat the salad right now!
