Layered Enchilada Pie is a traditional casserole that playfully adds the word "pie" to its name. It's a warm, cheesy blend of comfort food ingredients.

We rewrote the recipe to make it easier to follow and updated the image. Give Layered Enchilada Pie a try, it just might become a family favorite.

What's New

Welcome to New Facebook Visitors
Nana's Recipes received a dramatic increase in visitors the last few weeks. The interest appears to be the result of a Pinterest.com post that featured a recipe for Strawberry Jell-O Salad (shown left). Who would have thought that this recipe could cause so much buzz? But, we're sure glad it did!

New Name for Newsletter
It's not quite spring yet in northern California, but we wanted to get an update out, so here it is a bit early! We also wanted to roll out a new name for our quarterly newsletter: "What's Cooking."
