Step 10 If you are making a single crust pie you are done with the crust making portion of the recipe. Bake the crust according to the directions in the 8-inch dough recipe. If you are making a double crust pie keep going! Place the filling into your completed lower crust, in this example it's apples. Notice that you cannot tell where the dough patch was made in the previous step. |

Repeat earlier steps to prepare top crust. Carefully flip the top crust over the center of the pie. |

Carefully remove the top waxed paper by slowly rolling it back while keeping the paper close to dough. |
