The excitement of opening gifts and entertaining guests on Christmas makes this one day I don't want to spend in the kitchen. Christmas dinner should consist of an easy -- yet special -- menu prepared the day before. Here's my menu suggestion for this year, with emphasis (of course!) on desserts.
Menu
Cold roast beef sandwiches (make your own). Sour French bread, sprouts, lettuce, pickles, mustard, mayonnaise, etc.
